Your influence was actually quite large, Strum. You are passionate about your Dot, and I got to thinking that I was more enthused by the hollows and semis I tried than the LPs. Go with the feeling. So, though I was for a while on a thinline tele track, I got to thinking I ought to look more closely at 'bucker guitars, since I have a nice set of single coils in a nice guitar already. DVM sent me a couple of clips of his Dot and LP, and that helped to seal it. Thanks for the help in shopping. :
