Just heard that from a co-worker. I liked him as well. It's been a while since I've seen "Butch Cassidy," should see it again.

People use to say that with my brown hair and green eyes, I didn't look anything like him. Personally I never saw the difference.

That caught me off-guard today. He's always been one of those actors that has always been around.

Lung cancer .. he was a long time chain smoker...
but we are talking 83 years of age..

What a great actor and man.. gave so much to charities..
Dont forget to pick up some of his sauce and dressings..
well worth it and also profits goto charity.

Will be missed.. watch his last picture Road to Perdition with Tom Hanks this week... from start to finish.. a great actor...

Just saw this on the news. Very sad.

Newman was a great actor and also a guy that always struck me as someone would be fun to sit at a bar and have a beer with.

His Caesar Dressing and Balsamic dressing are two of my favorites. I liked the last role I heard him in (the old race car in Cars), but you sure could hear the damage to his respiratory system. "Verdict", about the down and out lawyer that recaptures himself, is perhaps my favorite among his roles.

Cool Hand Luke is one of my fav movies of all time. My wife and I were talking about him today as we munched some salad with our fav salad dressing of Newman's Own Balsamic Vinaigrette and we hadn't heard that he passed. I just found out a few minutes ago. What a great man and he will be missed. Thanks Paul...
