    Default A "Zone" practice....

I have a gig tomorrow night, so I was just going over some stuff alone tonight to make sure I was dialed in. I went over my usual stuff and just felt good...................................then I went "out of body" and just played whatever rolled off my fingers. It was magic, and I was lost in the guitar for over an hour.

I don't usually find "the zone" anymore by myself. I practice to seek it with the band. Tonight, it found me all by myself and I feel great!

    Great start to a weekend!

I need one of those sessions, it's been awhile since the last one. What's great about them is that despite your level of experience, they will still occur. Hope you have a great gig tomorrow.
