    Seven of the Independent's top 10 countries are frikkin' COLD, man! Wuddup widat? I guess proximity to polar bears, reindeer and the Arctic Circle make for a happy populace...or maybe it's the proximity to Santa Clause. I bet the Bahamas made the list because that's where the girls on the Naughty list end up. The other two warm places are oil fiefdoms, and who can't be happy with a new Mercedes every year?
