    Why can't the Who's on Line or in this case "What's Going On" be in the top area of the page and show up on every page?

    What's it matter? You aren't reading someone's thoughts or talking to them in real time via the forum so what good does it do to know who's online at the moment. Huh, huh, huh?:

    You can also tell by the little green dot under the avatars whether someone is online or not. Then you'll know if you should start reading their thoughts.

    Check under "Quick Links" at the top - do you see "Who's Online" ???
