    Default Hello Hello

Hi everyone, first-time poster here. I read one of the topics on this board earlier today and decided to register for my own account!

Not sure what to say in this intro piece but I'm an acoustic, electric, and bass guitarist (in that order).. though acoustic & electric are pretty interchangeable. I've been playing for about 6 or 7 years and have owned 8 guitars (down to 7 now), a mandolin, several amps, and over 50 pedals. I'm a bit of a gear nut haha.

Well.. see you around the forums!

haha it means exactly how it's supposed to be pronounced... Les Dudis = Let's Do This

It's actually an old nickname for frontman Dave Grohl of Foo Fighters, as written on his custom picks. And Foo Fighters just happens to be one of my favorite bands.

haha I wish there was such an award.. then all these pedals would actually be good for something!

as far as guitars go, I own a 2003 Taylor 314-ce, an old Carlo Robelli acoustic-electric (got it for free), 1950's Framus classical guitar, 1994 Fender Japanese 60s reissue Strat, Epiphone LP, 1999 Squier Strat, and a strat I recently built modeled after the John Mayer signature strat (in sunburst)

    Welcome welcome!
I can't say that I've given up on a flanger cause I've never liked the effect either. I also can't say the same about Tremolo. I hate them both equally. - Tone2TheBone 2009
