Thanks, man that album rocks. Wish they wouldn't let Matt Freeman sing, or at least mix him differently when he does, though.Originally Posted by sumitomo

Do you like this album? I just haven't been able to get into it, and I'm not sure why. Maybe it was one of those got-it-at-the-wrong-point-in-life things.Originally Posted by sunvalleylaw

Yes I do. It is my first Wilco album, and it is clicking with me right now. Krashteban, I love your Rancid choice too. I am going to have to break my Rancid disc out. I have only ". . . and Out Come the Wolves."Originally Posted by Eric

I hate to be one of those their-earlier-work-was-better people, but I like the Being There era best out of all of the Wilco stuff. Maybe I'll spend some more quality time with that latest release.Originally Posted by sunvalleylaw

"Out Come the Wolves" is probably their best, I have almost all if not all their albums.Originally Posted by sunvalleylaw
Currently this new one, "Let The Dominoes Fall," is in a dead heat with "Indestructible" for second place to "...Wolves," though. Those guys make some great anthemic rock, and to me really pick up where the Clash left off. I also love how they reclaim being patriotic from the Far Right as well, there's a great song about that on Dominoes called "Disconnected," but I won't go any further into politics here. Google Rancid Disconnected for lyrics or a youtube.
