You'll probably have to drill new holes for the fixing screws and maybe drill out the holes for the shafts or use conversion bushings. Grover Rotomatics were the upgrade in the old days (60s/70s) for cheaper US guitars with iffy tuners (e.g. Gibson J45, Martin 15/17 series). These days you can probably get something that fits exactly but works better than the stock tuners on cheaper instruments without the woodwork. I'd ask my local repair guy who would probably have a lot of experience of this. Replacing broken or dodgy tuners is bread and butter work for pro repair people.
