You'd be in a world of hurt down here in the GNV. Although a relatively small city, Gainesville has the largest state uni (U. of Florida) in the state, plus a huge community college (Santa Fe College. which also offers 4-year degrees as a satellite campus of St. Leo University), so lots of kids. Also, a fairly hoppin' original music scene.
