90-95 BPM is my pulse of life...unless I have too much caffeine then I go to 110 BPM.

8th triplets in 7/8. Or perhaps 32/4 + (8 - 2) - 2 / A = B
Anything goes. But 60 bpm works too.

A^2 + B^2 = C^2 ?
Heres your cosine

Common time refers to 4/4 time signature where there are 4 beats per measure and a quarter note gets one beat. It has nothing to do with tempo.
