    I have been waiting on the royal 8 to be released for some time.. I think I mentioned it awhile back... darn peavey making us wait.. it could bust a GASket I just like the looks of it... hopefully.. the sound too.. will be looking forward to user reviews..

    man that valveking royal 8 looks NICE! Looks like it was good that I held off buying the valve Jr. Might be some more choices in the "little" valve amp category.

    Looks like Peavey have slapped a $599 price tag on the Mini Colossal whereas the Royal 8 with similar specs is $249!!
    Crazy - an extra $350 for a celebrity endorsed product. Somehow I doubt it's costing Peavey over twice as much to manufacture the Mini Colossal

    The Royal 8 can be had at 8th Street Music for US $199

    I think the Mini Colossal is a bit more different then the R8, besides the celebrity endorsement
    But, it still remains to be seen, until the two are compared with each other with actual usage,,heh
