Thanks Steve-- now that I have an in (I had previous acquaintances with the gal student-in-charge overall, and the boy student in charge of the Showcase, both through the local music scene rather than the law school), I'll probably make a concerted effort to get one of my other bands on the bill at the next one as well.

Back in the early aughts we tried to get on the Showcase but couldn't get on the bill. All in who you know.
