No doubt, and in a league where they enforce any kind of taunting or unsportsmanlike conduct I wouldn't have a problem at all with him being flagged for acting like a child on that play. However, in this current NFL, I think it's silly to have rules enforced so inconsistently that there's really no way to determine what the rule even is. Flag 'em all, or don't flag any of them.
