D'Addario strings with a Free Tuner!
I just replenished my string stock and I bought two "5 packs" with a surprise in them - a Planet Waves "Strobe on String" tuner!
The tuner is about the same size and shape of a guitar pick. You turn the dial on the tuner to the string you're tuning, pluck the string with the pick end of the tuner, hold it over the 12th fret of the string you're tuning, and when there's no more apparent movement, you're tuned.
It didn't cost me any more than usual, and what a neat idea!
And it actually works!
