Saw them again, with the "Masters of Tradition" that just finished touring the U.S.

As amazing as the first time.
Yes, Irish music. Stay with me, keep reading!
We discovered them this Sunday, performing at the Lowell Folk Festival (largest free festival in the U.S.!)
A good sample:
Martin on violin and Dennis on guitar
Breathtaking stuff.
From spirited to contemplative a whole lot of emotions transmitted through the music.
Beside that, the festival offered a wide range of music, as usual, from a variety of places and culture: a Serbian band, Merengue, Bluegrass, Western Swing, Garifuna, Cajun, Blues, West Africa dance music, A Quebec fun band, and Portugese Fado (and more we did not get to see?).
This festival is one treasured moment for me, as I get into it in a big way , with a grin on my face the whole time -14 actual hours over two days...!
Always weird and sad to discover that most neighbors or friends, many who could enjoy it, have never heard of the event.
Less golf, more saxophone
