Joe Bonamassa 12.04.10 at the plaza theater - orlando, fl

So i went to see Joe Bonamassa last night at a really cool small venue (800 seats) in orlando....we were in the 5th row about 15 feet from the stage! Joe played a ton of great gibson guitars and one music man (i think).....also played the theremin on a couple of tunes....

his tone was awesome....his playing was really good and the band was extremely tight....pat travers showed up and played a couple of tunes with joe including "further up the road"

he played for two hours and i have to say....he really gave 100%....i would see him again!

Shiznit! Did you say PAT TRAVERS!? OMG! That had to have been awesome. Joe, like John Mayer, is doing an excellent job of bringing together various generations of guitar players who do so just because they love to play. Awesome.

yeah pat travers....it was a cool surprise....i saw pat travers back in the 80's at a free concert at the bandshell at the university of florida!

not sure how the lady holding the setlist got it....but she held it up in the lobby for a bunch of us to photograph....

Cool! Other than the two tunes with Travers, that's the same set list I heard in Springfield MA on 11/11. :rockya

Awesome! Glad you had a good time at the show. Travers is a heck of a guitar player. It's good of Joe to expose the audience to his music.

Joe's shows are always 100% shows. Glad you caught him at that gig. The pics look great. Joe is getting more and more professional.

another cool thing....the saturday show sold out so joe added a second show on sunday and it sold out too! glad to see the blues getting some respect here in orlando!

He was in Alberta earlier this year but I missed him... hope he comes back.
